Quote requests process name, contact details, company, a technical description and uploaded files. The basis is steps prior to a contract. Default retention is 24 months.

Job applications process contact details, a message and a CV. Default retention is 12 months.

The customer portal processes the account, organisation and project material. Sign-in is based on a contract.

Analytics starts only with consent. The site stores path, language, a coarse device class and country only if a proxy provides it. The IP address is not stored in plain form.
